Veteran Pastor review Blooms book, Flourishing in Ministry. They conclude: Bloom's suggerstions for flourishing may seem idealistic if one is new to ministry or in a call that is a poor fit.They believe what Bloom presents are firm boundaries make what he proposed attainable.
