Supervisory Practice in a Distance-Learning Program of Formation for Ministry
Abstract
The author describes a supervisory relationship in a distance learning relationship with a student in formation for ministry. She describes how she utilized electronic resources and evaluates how effective these resources were in her overall supervision of the student. She includes reflections from the student's perspective to provide some insight into the experience from both perspectives of the relationship.Downloads
