Overcoming Distance and Time: Online Supervisor Training in Contextual Education Programs
Abstract
Faced with the need to have well trained supervisors for students who were serving in ministry in locations varying distances from the seminaries, field education staff developed a way of training and communicating with supervisors serving some physical distances from the seminaries. The process has worked sufficiently well so that they are expanding the program to include all pastors who serve as intern supervisors.Downloads
