Identifying and Educating the "Too Wounded to Heal" Student
Abstract
Reflecting on supervisory responsibility and accountability provides the impetus to consider how we might identify a "too-wounded" applicant during the screening process or how we can work with such students that we may not have identified earlier. Seminaries, too, struggle with this dilemma in their own system of selection and education.Downloads
