Diversity and a New Bottom Line
Abstract
The issue of diveristy will look very different in the twenty-first century. The fundamental challenge today is not how to include the Other within the successful and powerful societies of the West, but how to build a new global society in which all of us on the planet come to understand this fundamental truth: that our well-being as individuals and as members of our own particular religious, ethnic, racial or national group depends intrinsically on the well-being of everyone else on the planet and on the well-being of the planet itself.Downloads
