The Role of Theological Reflection within Field Education

Abstract

Theological Field Education provides places to practice ministry and spaces
to reflect theologically on that experience to the end that the seminarian experiences growth towards ministerial competency that has theological integrity. Theological reflection is a cornerstone of all field education programs.
